I remember a while ago there was a concept presented in the platform/tech demo which would allow you to define the claims a party must have in order to create a protocol. I had a look but couldn’t find anything about it. Is this feature implemented yet?

Hey @Stuart_Shannon. Yes, there is an epic for it and we’ve started to work on the implementation this sprint. Here is the RFC that describes the topic in details: Log in with Atlassian account It is not yet in, but we are starting to make progress on it.
